Expanding the Possibilities of Beauty Globally as Your Lifelong Beauty Partner

At the significant milestone of our 80th anniversary, the KOSÉ Group is transitioning to a holding company structure. As a core operating company within this framework, KOSÉ Corporation is committed to our vision of being "Your Lifelong Beauty Partner," taking the lead in creating value closest to our customers. Our mission is to understand our customers broadly through the lenses of "Global," "Gender," and "Generation," and to delivering products and services that address their diverse needs.

Supporting this mission is the strategic division of roles between centripetal force and centrifugal force within the holding company structure. While the holding company provides the centripetal force through sophisticated strategy, governance, and ownership, KOSÉ Corporation is primarily responsible for embodying the centrifugal force. We will enhance our manufacturing capabilities to balance functional value with sensuousness value and further strengthen our development expertise across diverse brands such as DECORTÉ and SEKKISEI. By refining the individuality of each brand to suit specific markets, generations, and lifestyles, we aim to expand our scope from cosmetics to wellness, creating new customer experiences that accompany people through life's various milestones.

To expand the value honed by this centrifugal force globally, we are undertaking a major shift in our global strategy. Moving beyond a policy of self-sufficiency, we will actively pursue collaborations with partner companies and research institutions, while leveraging OEM/ODM resources. We aim to acquire brands rooted in local regions and strengthen marketing and manufacturing capabilities from the local perspective. By combining the insights of partners who deeply understand the lifestyle cultures and beauty habits of each country and region with the high safety, proven functionality, and sensory value that KOSÉ has cultivated, we will evolve our offerings into brands and experiences that resonate across borders and cultures while retaining their unique regional appeal. In these rapidly changing markets, we are committed to acting "early" and executing "fast".

In parallel, we will further strengthen collaboration across the group. We believe that by fostering brand collaboration within our Luxury and Consumer businesses, we can generate a "chemical reaction" that goes beyond simple cost synergies. By enabling brands with different markets, cultures, and strengths to learn from and combine with one another, we will co-create unprecedented products, services, and experiential value.
